The thread of creation permeates every part of the Bible
Genesis Chapter 1 through Genesis 2:4 gives Elohim’s account of the creation of the heavens and the earth. But it does not stop there. When you read through other books of the Bible, you can find the Creation referenced over and over again. The knowledge that Elohim is the Creator is so foundational that it is recognized in every aspect of life.
The verses below either identify God as the Creator, Elohim, or they recognize and name His creative works. (from the King James Version)
Old Testament Scriptures
Genesis 1:1 – Genesis 2:4
And the Lord God [Elohim] formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Genesis 2:7
And out of the ground the Lord God [Elohim] formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air … Genesis 2:19
This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God [Elohim] created man, in the likeness of God [Elohim] made he him; male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created. Genesis 5:1-2
For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exodus 20:11
For ask now of the days that are past, which were before thee, since the day that God [Elohim] created man upon the earth, and ask from the one side of heaven unto the other, whether there hath been any such thing as this great thing is, or hath been heard like it? Deuteronomy 4:32
Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the Lord’s thy God [Elohim], the earth also, with all that therein is. Deuteronomy 10:14
Thou, even thou, art Lord alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee. Nehemiah 9:6
Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the Lord hath wrought this? In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind. Job 12:9-10

The heavens declare the glory of God [El]; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Psalm 19:1
The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Psalm 24:1
By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. Psalm 33:6
The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them. The north and the south thou hast created them… Psalm 89:11-12
For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the Lord made the heavens. Psalm 96:5

He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names. Psalm 147:4

Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth. Isaiah 40:26
Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God [Elohim], the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. Isaiah 40:28
Thus saith God [El] the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein. Isaiah 42:5
But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. Isaiah 43:1
Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him. Isaiah 43:7
Thus saith the Lord, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself … Isaiah 44:24

For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The Lord, The God [Elohim] of hosts, is his name.Amos 4:13
The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. Zechariah 12:1
Have we not all one father? hath not one God [El] created us? … Malachi 2:10
New Testament Scriptures
And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female … Matthew 19:4
But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. Mark 10:6
For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. Mark 13:19
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. John 1:1-3
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14
