The Lord’s Prayer: For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Matthew 6:13

Glory to God Forever is a reprise of The Kingdom, along with jubilant celebration because God is God and He is forever and He is all powerful and all glorious.

Because He has given us His kingdom on earth we don’t need to wait until we sit beside Him to experience heaven if we will live according to the will of God.

Glory To God Forever is based on: Revelation 1:7; Revelation 11:15; Romans 14:11; Revelation 19:16; Revelation 21:3,4; Revelation 22:5; Revelation 4:11

LYRICS

Soon shall come a day
When all flesh shall see Him
For the Kingdom of the Lord
Will encompass and fill the earth
Each man shall freely worship

The Lord of lords
The King of kings
For those that live
Shall be saints of the Most High God

Forever and ever, forever and ever
Forever and ever, forever and ever

Glory to God forever, forever and ever
King of kings and Lord of lords
Glory to our God, to our God

Album Back-Story

More Precious Than Gold was our first album, professionally recorded in 1982 at Pinebrook Studio in Alexandria, Indiana. It was produced by Steve Millikan, a very gifted musician who also played keyboards and arranged the instruments and vocals for the pieces.

Sound engineer: Steve Archer
Piano: Steve Millikin
Electric & acoustic guitars: Jim Hronchek
Bass guitar: Steve Dokken
Percussion: Steve Hanna
Trumpet: Gregory Tryling
English horn, saxophone and clarinet: Greg Imboden
Synthesizer: Steve Millikin, Chuck Woodrick and Jim Hronchek
Background vocals Shelly Harris, Julie Makers, Craig Patty, Chandra Hronchek, Steve Millikan and members of New Covenant Fellowship.

The synthesizer was a Pro One, an early monophonic synthesizer.

Each song from the album was based on The Lords Prayer, exploring its depths of meaning. All of the song lyrics were meticulously based on scripture from the King James Bible.
